Moms and Daughters.

You have all read about our Mother/Daughter brunches and lunches and get togethers before.  Well this time, we decided to make a weekend out of it!  Kathy and Teri graciously invited us to their family cabin (after we invited ourselves) for the first weekend of October.  We had a grand time.  We ate together, and now that I look back on it, only drank a little wine together.  Why did we only drink a little wine?

It was so fun to have all the babes together!  And us girlfriends!  And our Moms!  We had many photo ops.  And besides Clara refusing a nap on Saturday (for the first time ever) and then trying to go to bed for the night at 6 pm because she was overly tired, and then waking up at 3 am ready to go for the day...it was so much fun!  And it was a good experiment to decide if she really still needs a nap everyday... SHE DOES!

We went for a couple walks.  We didn't sit on our patooties the WHOLE weekend!

It was just a fantastic weekend!  Thanks again Teri and Kathy for allowing us to come to Donnely to enjoy a fall weekend!  Every time I visit your cabin I have the most wonderful time with friends and family!  Long live mother/daughter get-togethers!
