Lewiston for Teenie's birthday.

We ventured up to Lewiston for Teenie's cinco de mayo birthday, and promptly went out for Mexican food.  The kids are always so excited to see each other!

They were able to try out their new sleeping bags from Oma and Opa together.  Will didn't last at the slumber party, but Ben and Clara braved it and had a fun sleepover!

We went on a walk/run on the levy and to the playground.

The canola was in bloom.  We think this was Steve's field!  So lovely!

It's always fun to visit our cousins!  We can't wait to go to Lewiston again!

Easter 2014.

Clara woke up early on Easter morning and went running downstairs.  She promptly came running back upstairs and claimed that the bunny didn't leave her a thing.  She assumed her basket would be in the same place as last year, smart girl.  So we encouraged her to hunt around a little and then heard her squeals of joy!

The bunny brought her a basket of eggs for Daddy to hide outside.  So he obliged, and she hunted.

Afterwards, we got dressed and headed over to Grandma and Pop's house for Easter brunch.

She refused to take a good picture at Grandma and Pop's house...stinker.

She sat in some poo at Grandma and Pop's, so we had to do a quick wardrobe change before heading over the Oma and Opa's.

Of course, she hunted more eggs.

And loved it!  So did Auntie Em.

We ate Easter supper at Oma and Opa's on the patio.

And then took a little dip!

 It was a relaxing, and very fun Easter.  3 is a very fun age for holidays!!!

The long overdue spring 2014 update.

This spring we:

played at the park with cousins and friends

tried on pink lipstick

watched the nest in the tree in our front yard

picked all the blooming springtime flowers

played the guitar

celebrated Teri's new baby, Lewis

Saw WICKED - amazing

held new baby Lewis

rode our bikes in the rain

celebrated 6 years of wedded bliss :)

ate snow cones

had countless picnics on the floor in our house

and much more!
