Fall Fun at Linder Farms.
Kurtis and I took Clara to Linder Farms to have some fall fun! The place was packed, and Clara loved every minute! We started with a pony ride. She loved it for the first half, and after that she was done! She was annoyed that the ride wouldn't stop just because she wanted off!
Daddy told her to call the pony Buster, so now when she talks about the pony ride, she refers to her sweet pony as Buster the pony!
Then we went into the petting zoo. As soon as we opened the gate for her, Clara took off like a shot! She vroomed around that place!
First she stopped to pet the lambs and give them hugs and kisses.
Then she tried to feed some goats, but they were already gorged and didn't want any snacks!
We literally chased her around. She just kept running and finding more animals to pet!
She found some piggies, sleeping in the sunshine and gave them some loves.
Then she went into the bunny cage and LOVED the baby bunnies! She found one that liked to rip straw out of kids' hands. She exploded with laughter every time the bunny took the straw from her. It was hilarious!
The only thing Clara felt nervous about in the petting zoo were the ducks! Kids were chasing them around like crazy (sad) and she jumped out of her skin every time one went quacking and running by! She loved everything else!
We had a photo op in this little pumpkin cut-out. Too bad my family members couldn't get their acts together and shove their faced IN those pumpkins!
Then Clara zigged and zagged through the hay bale maze.
And played in the corn pit!
Finally, we went on a hayride to let Clara pick a pumpkin. I snapped this photo as proof. Once again, I could have used a little more cooperation from the family!
Then Daddy snapped this shot of Clara and I in the field of pumpkins!
On the hayride back, she started to fade! It was nap time! So we grabbed her some french fries for the road, and headed home!
It was such a fun, fall afternoon! We'll have to make sure we go again next year!

Oma-Care
Clara has been having a great time at Oma's house while Kurtis and I are at work. We get pictures from Oma often during the day to update us about how Clara spends her time at Oma-Care. Most of the pictures make us proud of Clara and thankful she gets to spend everyday with Oma and Opa. Other times, the pictures report what kind of mischief she's gotten into during the day. Like the snake of smiley-faced stickers on the couch. Or the time I got a picture of sharpie all over Oma and Opa's walls and furniture. So since I've got quite the collection, I thought it was time I posted these pics to the blog!
