Garth Brooks concert.

In mid-April, my mom and sisters and I drove to Portland on a Friday, played all day Saturday, and drove home early Sunday morning.  It was a whirlwind, but so worth it because we got to see GARTH BROOKS in concert.

We had a blast together (to say the least)!  And the concert was out of this world.  If he comes to a nearby city again on this world tour, we're going again.  We girls describe his songs as the soundtrack of our childhood, and we sang along to every word that night.  He was amazing live!

Blue start donuts were completely worth the hype!  Amazing!  Basil and blackberry was my fave...

We bought matching mother/daughter bracelets at the PAM (Portland Art Museum).

And enjoyed entirely too many a few beverages.

It was a fantastic and FAST little getaway!
